Interior Design
Design and build under one roof — material selections, layouts, and finishes resolved before demo day, executed by the crew that designed them.
The best renovations are decided before demolition starts: layouts, materials, lighting, hardware, and how it all works together. We bring design into the build process so the vision in your head is what actually gets built.
Have your own designer? Even better — designers choose us as their contractor because we execute their vision precisely, down to the intricate tile patterns.
What We Handle
- Design-build: selections and layouts before demo
- Material, finish, and fixture selection help
- Kitchen and bath design
- Color, cabinetry, and hardware coordination
- Collaboration with your interior designer or architect
- Sample-driven decisions on major layout changes
Design Questions
- Do I need my own interior designer?
- No — we'll guide selections ourselves on most projects. If you have a designer, we're the contractor designers recommend, because their vision gets built exactly as drawn.
- How do design decisions affect the budget?
- Materials and fixtures drive most of the swing in any renovation budget. Deciding them before work starts is how we keep quotes honest and change orders rare.
- Can you reproduce something I saw online?
- We do it constantly — bring the photo. We'll tell you what it takes to build it in your house and what it costs, including the intricate stuff.
- What if I can't visualize the result?
- That's our job. Between material samples, past-project photos, and drawings for major changes, you'll know what you're getting before we build it.
