Home Remodeling on the Main Line, PA

The Main Line is where we do some of our most careful work. These are homes worth doing right — 1920s stone colonials in Wayne and Radnor, Tudors and center-hall classics from Bryn Mawr to Bala Cynwyd — and since 2009 we've remodeled kitchens in Paoli, built master suites in Berwyn, and run whole-home renovations from Malvern to Wayne.

Older Main Line homes reward experience: plaster walls, original hardwood worth saving, undersized framing behind beautiful facades, and stone foundations that predate modern waterproofing. We look at structure first, protect what's original, and then build the kitchen, bath, or addition the house deserves.

The Main Line crosses three counties and a half-dozen townships — Tredyffrin, Easttown, Radnor, Haverford, and Lower Merion each permit and inspect differently. We've worked through all of them, and the owner is on your job, not in an office.
