Project Management
One accountable owner-operator running your whole project: trades, permits, schedule, and quality — so you don't have to be the general contractor.
A renovation lives or dies on coordination: the right trade on the right day, inspections passed the first time, materials on site before the crew is. That's the job most homeowners don't want — and shouldn't have to do.
We run the whole board: our carpenters plus the licensed electricians, plumbers, and specialists we work with routinely, one schedule, one standard, one person accountable to you.

PM Questions
- Why not hire the trades myself?
- You can — until the tile setter shows up before the plumber and the inspection fails. Sequencing is where renovations lose weeks and budgets. Coordinating that is the value of one accountable GC.
- How do you handle changes mid-project?
- In writing, priced before the work happens, with the schedule impact stated. Changes are normal; surprise invoices are not.
- Do you manage projects you don't build yourselves?
- Case by case. Where a project is mostly specialty trades, we'll manage it end to end; where it's carpentry-heavy, our own crew does the building too — usually the better value.
- How often will I hear from you?
- Continuously — owner-operated means the person running your job is on your job. You'll never chase a project manager who's never seen your house.
